is OEM SIR II b16a throttle body 65mm??
should i go with 68 mm or 70mm aftermarket throttle body? if i want to get a
aftermarket intake manifold too..
the bigget the better on throttle body?
please advise.

You dont need a TB thats 68mm...60 is probably more than enough
