Default CLUTCH GURU'S HELP!!!!

I replaced my exedy stage one with a 6 puck sprung. The car has never been able to go in gear when the clutch is to the floor. If you let clutch up about 1/2 inch, it goes in gear perfectly. I just got done bleeding the clutch, and playing with the pedal which does nothing as far as engagement of the clutch. The clutch was ok upon bleeding, I took it up the street and back and now its doing the same thing. NO leaks, system has been bled, WTF is up with the clutch???

Are you sure you put your clutch in the correct way? Had a friend who was having similiar problems with his clutch not engaging correctly... turned out he put the disc on backwards or something.

Something with your pressure plate isnt right, you shold have probably replaced that too, not just the disc.
