Default Hybrid with chipped ecu passes inspection!

I'm just happy my hybrid passed inspection in NYC, legally. I crossed my fingers and brought it to the shop today. My engine is lightly modded with bolt ons and what not. I have a short ram intake, type-r headers, a high-flow cat with junkyard 2.5"piping, a resonator and an exhaust. I tuned my car up with the necessary plugs, brakes, wires and oil changes. I was afraid that I might fail because of my chipped ecu and to my surprise, I passed! A friend of mine had taken his hybrid, the same setup as mine to Connecticut for inspection and failed three times! Maybe they're just not as strict here in NY as they are in Connecticut. I'm trying to post an image of the receipt, how do you do it anyway?
