looking to build all motor single cam have hi comp piston and also skunk 2 intake manifold and 66mm tb any suggestions for the valve train and head?
what's your base? (motor, car, goal?)
sounds like you need to do a little more searching tho.
as for the title, the most i've seen with a single cam (on this site) was a nice dyno of ~140whp. not much, but enough to make a b16 cry.

This question is impossible to answer.
a stock all motor civic? Or a civic with rods, cams, port/polish/ etc etc etc.
Either way, you could give us all the mods, compression tests, oil viscosity, flywheel weight, valve lift duration and we'd still never be able to accurately guess whp or 1/4 mile time.

Christ, what's with all these threads all of a sudden?
Nobody can tell you what your hp/1/4 time/torque or whatever will be given certain components. This isn't some equation where you plug in Injen this and Skunk2 that and come up with an answer.
Search the site, find people with similar setups, and ask them.
for laziness.

Ok... so if you've been doing your homework, then you know that building a single cam yields limited results at best, and that boosting it is much more bang for the buck, and can be done very reliably for a DD.

turbo, tune, end of story.
A fast n/a d-series sohc won't be fun to daily.

right but what about my high comp pistons will i still be able to run boost with suck hi comp 11.3 to 1 and also can i supercharge it intstead?
Of course you can super-charge it, but why? To be different?
There's a reason 99.9% of small displacement cars that are FI are turbocharged instead of SC.
High compression + boost = detonation.
you want stock or lower compression.

thats why i was going the all motor root instead of boosting it i dont want to change the pistons
you can safely make 220whp on stock internals and it will still be reliable. And probably get decent mpg depending on your tranny/turbo.
Sounds like you researching for 3-4 months is a lie. What i've told you can be learned in 3-4 minutes on d-series.org

was that 3-4 months of searching mostly on which i/h/e to get?
spend the money you would going all motor on boost and you'll be much happier with the results if you dont blow something up first.
