Default Something on my paint making it turn BLUE!?

There is something on my paint and every day i see it getting worse. I own a black accord and the black is turning blue. If i rub hard enough it will come off, but it's a pain in the ***. This "blue" is also on my windows too, toward the trim. Any ideas of what it is and how to stop it?

-THANKS!

the only thing i can think of is soap film or something of that sort. go wash your car with some dish soap and dry it and hit it with some good wax.

Looks like chemical fallout. Are you in or near an indusrial area? Could also have been contaminated, exposed earlier and just progressed. That "looks" pretty bad, without seing it in person. Try less abrasive techniques and move to aggressive techniques if nessesary to remove then use good sealant/ good wax. There is plenty of detailing info on here.

The paint part looks kinda like early oxidation.

i don't believe it was caused by a chemical fallout (although you never know). i live in a fairly rural area. It has always been cleaned just with car soap and good old scrubbing. A buddy of mine said that another factor of this could be the water i use to clean it. It is very hard water (well water) and it could be effecting it. It did have a little bit of this blue "chemical" by the window trim when i bought the car, but i've seen that on many cars... Now (within about 2 years) it has gotten terrible.
i do appreciate all of your guys suggestions.
Thanks a bunch.
i have to take my car for an oil change within the next week or two, so i might just take it over to Honda and ask them if they have any ideas on what is going on.
Thanks again.

I think it is most likely from your water, given it is on the windows as well.

looks like oxidation to me, maybe its from the trees dropping oils and waxes onto the car, when my car was flat black i parked under a large tree for just one day and it dropped all kinds of little specks of sap or something on my car, but then again my step dads accord is doing the same thing on the hood and he parks in the garage everynight, around the wiper fluid sprayer does look alot like rust

I don't believe it's oxidation or rust. I only say that because i can rub it off. It takes a lot of time to do so but it does come off. The trees could be it too. but i do keep the car garage kept ever night.
Thanks for your guys help.

my friends car is developing the same thing..

but it was due to rust...

the rain its the rust...and as the water rolls down from rust to paint...it leave that purple oil like mark
