yes they are the same, if you search some more, you'll also find some people that take thier cars to past the stock rev limit with just upgraded springs w/ stock retainers

ITR part # at acura = 14765p30000
gsr part # = 14765p30000
LS part # = 14765pr4000
LS is different but thats expected. vtec's are the same
