need help asap car flooded ecu bad
ok last night i ran through a gaint puddle since we had a storm and the all the street lights were out i didnt even see it coming. so the car starts to fill with water and gets all my chipped p28.
the ecu will start the car but makes it run rich now and i get a solid cell which i assume make it a bad ecu since i checked the fuses and grounds.
so i put my stock po6 in and starts the car idles fine with no cel of any kind
the motor is a jdm d15b with t3/t4 57 trim with the vtec not wiredup
so my qestion is running the with the po6 safe im waiting for a new chipped 28 to come in ???
thanks in advance

depends on what fuel management you are using? if you are running some kind of larger injectors it will run rich and may not even start.. if you are using FMU and missing link it wont be a problem.. id stay out of boost though

i was running crome though </TD></TR></TABLE>
well if you were running 450's you will have to take them out as well as your resistor box, slap in some stock injectors.. dont worry abou the FMU.. just dont go into boost at all and you'll be fine with stock injectors and the p06 temp.
