93 Sol, A/C tensioner pulley orientation?

93 Sol, A/C tensioner pulley orientation?
Ok, I have to replace all the A/C pulley because the old one blew out its bearings. Froze its spacer to the pulley, and broke the belt.
So, to make sure, visible bearing, OUTSIDE, or INSIDE???
I think it is supposed to go outside (away from engine, toward fender,) and thats why they made a bearing cover, but because thats the way it came off, I have a slight doubt, and this diagram does not help me.
