Clean and cheap 96' Neon DD

Alright, I got this car from my gf's mom, when my Lexus decided to burst into flames. She had the car Since April, bought it local for $3500 with 122k, it now has 133k. I just found all the parts for my Lex, so I gotta get rid of this thing to pay for the parts, and the trip to go get them.
There is NOTHING mechanicaly wrong with this car, it has fresh paint, the body is VERY straight aside from one ding the tires have probobly 75% tread left, and the car rides great. The Auto tranny shifts perfect. I've driven the car for two weeks, and I'm gonna miss the gas mileage, it gets atleast 30 mpg on the highway.

The only major flaw in the car really is the cracked windsheild. It is in the upper left corner and isn't really that bad, a new glass is probobly $200 installed but Im not sure. It never really bothered me much.
Id really like to get rid of this car this weekend. I will entertain all offers or partial trades. But please dont ask to see the car unless your serious, I dont like people wasting my time, this is a good deal, there will be no suprises. If you had the time you could probobly flip this car for a profit, my loss is your gain. I am willing to drive the car a reasonable distance to meet you.
