Default HELP: NRG torque damper

ok so i just bought an NRG torque damper for my 96 civic. it came with instructions, but they were little help if any at all. i need some help with or without photos, with if possible. dont know if someone did a how-to on here or can find a good link to help me out. my civ has a b18c swap if that helps at all. please help!!

You need help with adjusting it or with installing it altogether? I bought one a while back for my 95 Civic. My instructions were not in English, however, so didn't help much. It was an easy install though. Remove a few bolts from the car and place the bracket and put in the new bolts. Done. I never did figure out how to adjust the thing though.

i need to adjust it or somehting the bracket that goes onto the control arm wont line up. i think i need to adjust it to make it smaller...anyone have a write up on a 6th gen civic all i find is 5th gen.
