Default top end vs. low & mid range?

would you guys agree that low & midrange has a big effect on 1/4 times compared to top end alone?

i was just thinking about it when i was comparing high hp NA graphs to same hp turbo graphs.

only thing i could think of was the lack of midrange and lowend on the turbo that the NA has.
