New shocks but which ones?

Well my oem shocks are pretty much out, what brand or what do you guys suggest for overall performance and comfortness for me to get with a budget of 250 bucks to 300 bucks? TOKICO, KYB, or what? I have a 97 civic ex coupe.-thanx will really be appreciated!!

Tokico is the best low budget shock.
