vtec not working on sir 1

i have no vtec i dont know how to diagnoss the problem? if its in the wiring or the siliniod. changed clutch and now it doesn't kick in what do i do

ya, is it throwing any codes? chances are its something really simple that you might have overlooked. as simple as low oil...
