looks good - i sprayed mine flat black (Mounted the same way as urs, however I used double sided tape to keep the top edge mounted to the bumper)
Also, since my muffler sits right behind the lip, it melted it and warped the beegus out of it.
Now I gotta find a new rear lip for my coupe.

i went to a local paint store near my place
they took the paint code and blended it into a spray can :D
they even went out to the car to made sure it matched too
i also needed plastic adhessive too
