not too much power im afraid. ull have to get the car on a dyno no matter what. you wont make power by just slapping on the cam gear. your gonna have to play with it a bit while on the dyno. and the vafc.... id be hesitant to use one on a stock motor. some people i know actually lost some power from the stock motor by putting on the vafc and playing with fuel curves...

yea.. well i'd be paying $150 for installation for both the VAFC and the cam gear and then another $150 to put it on the dyno and get it all tuned...

Another question if I have a cold air intake, headers, and full exhaust with the VAFC and cam gear installed and tuned... how much hrs pwr do you think ill have on my car?

i dont see why you would need to tune your car. Usually you tune it if you atleast have a highr lift/duration cam or forced induction. Save up buy a cam and then tune it, i doubt you will have no more than +5hp to the crank on top of the I/H/E. No need to waste time and money on a VAFC when your ecu will adjust the maps enough with those simple bolt ons. It takes a couple good days of driving but your ecu does adjust the maps according to certain conditions.

Id say 145 to the wheels with the mods you listed. You can never tell untill you get it on a dyno. I think it would be a waste of time to dyno a car with only I/H/E. Get a cam and tune it, better yet. Do what im doing, im doing a h23 head swap on my accord. Its DOHC non-vtec and puts out 160hp and about 145ftlbs on a f22 block. the swap is one of teh best bang for the buck. Especially if cash is tight. Im going to rebuild my block when i have the motor out but untill then im babying it so i dont spin a bearing or anything bad in my block. If you have any questions about the head swap lmk.

Theres no such thing as a "good" cheap turbo kit. You looking at around 2500 w/o tuning. And other things your going to need. Clutch, pistons, LSD etc.
