obd0 and obd1 dizzy

Default obd0 and obd1 dizzy

what are the actual diffrances between the 2. i know the connctors are diffrant but what else changes on them for the b series vtec?

and is there any way to take a obd0 b16 dizzy and mix and match parts from a obd1 ls dizzy?? to make an obd1 b16 dizzy??


probly all retarted questions but i have never been able to find a real answer

1a) connectors are different.
1b) wiring color meaning significantly changed (Orange/Blue on OBD0 isnt the same as Orange/Blue on OBD1, etc)

2) cap + rotor are different.

3) igniters/coils are interchangeable.

LS dizzies aren't same as VTEC dizzies... although I've heard something about cutting a leg off , etc. I dunno. You figure it out.

might just have to ill tear them apart when my motor comes monday. if any one else has any more info please share

i believe the internals are different (maybe minus the coil/ignitor) like the TDC sensor etc
