VAFC II questions?? it only flashes red and green

VAFC II questions?? it only flashes red and green
ok i put some new cams in today and the car has been sitting with the bat disc for 4 months and after i put the cams in tried to start her up i noticed the vafc wasnt working properly as she used to.. it turns on when i turn the key but the screen is blank. The dial flashes green and red a few times... the car wont start...
what do you think it is??
