1) yes
2)that i dont know
3)yes
4)people making around 160-170whp on 7thgen dont seem to swapp their stockies out from what ive seen
5)boost controller controls boost so unless you want it constantly set to one boost setting, you dont need it
6)PCV is VERY important. skipbarber found ouut the hard way
its also found in the stickies that you need one

so not counting changing my car to fuel return system
i will also get (along with the dezod kit) engine manage w/ fuel pump, injectors, boost controler, turbo timer, and positive crank case vent system
for about $4600 .... that just sounds unreal
anybody agree?

if you want to run a lot of boost, then you're going to want to ditch the stock regulator for a rising rate one. Its arguable that the stock pump will support 440cc injectors, it might, but its so easy to swap in a walbro for $99 bucks, why not.
Also, save your self the headache of fighting closed loop, buy the Kpro and a GM boost solenoid, use the built in controller and boost by gear. All you need to do with the crankcase vent is buy a $2 BSPT nipple stick a hose on it and run it to a catch can.

wow ur making me nervous about whether or not i should boost....
im going to DD this car so im guessing about 8 psi is good?
i was counting on getting the walbro pump...
dont know a lot about tuning ...im guessing closed loop is the way the e-manage tunes isnt kpro$$$
can you explain the function of a catch can?
my goal: run a comfortable DD boost and later on get a port and polished head and turbo cams spring retainers... nothing crazy would my internals hold up? what about my tranny?

no man, paint doesnt exist to paint metal stuff. sorry!
oil catch can keeps all the oil finding its way from getting into your engine
you dont really need a turbo timer, unless you cant wait a full 30seconds.. cause you're impatient or bad with time
screw the emanage if anything get PCS XFC thats been shown to handle SRT-4 577cc injectors just fine. (which if you go through with your "goals" you'll need bigger injectors than the rsx-s)
or if you wanna spend more money (which sounds not..) get k-pro
call Paul, he's nice..
