Check ALL your fuses and then after you check them
there's two things you may want to try...

1. Charge your battery and then give it a shot.

2. Try to bump start your bike. (aka bunny start, where you put the bike in 2nd gear, either have a friend push you or try and run while on your bike, and drop the clutch at around 10mph.)

If those dont work try replacing your battery and R/R.

sounds like your R/R is dead and isn't charging your battery.

all fuses are good.

well today i charged the batter and bought a new reg/rec. bolted everything up and it started. rode the bike for about an hour. shut the engine off. waited about 5 mins then it started right away with no problems. then i rode the bike again for about 5 mins then it just died on me. then i kick started it. then about one or two blocks it died on me again. then i pushed it back home. it wouldnt start anymore even trying to kick start it. can it be my stator?

if you guys have any other tips/advise please let me know

thanks

people have already answered your question as to the problem. it's the regulator/rectifier. It's what recharges your battery when you have the motor on. It's a simple fix. It's not the battery, more then likely it isn't the stator, check the r/r. doing anything else is just wasting time
