im getting mixed replies. people from Wheel and Tire forum are telling me their Sprint Hart RL or "new weapon". people from Apearance/Cosmetic are telling me cp. i know these arn't modified and they were infact manufactured the way they are as shown above. anyone know forsure? pricing? and how rare if they are infact arn't cp. thanks for all the other replies. i can see why it would be cp.

I believe these were CP's made in limited numbers under the new weapon theme. They were not that popular during production so you should only see a handful in white+blue or black+blue.

Most wheels that are also not popular during the time of production are usually rare.
