the crappy feel your getting is probably from your skunk2 springs (not the best set)

i've heard nothing but good comments about the megan suspesion kits for the dc5
i wouldn't mind owning a set

For that price you could almost buy Teins

megan suspension is great. whiteonrice... you are right that for 800 you could get tein basic, but megan coilover>basic tein. you would have to throw another 400 for ss-p including pillow mount

1) You don't need camber plates for the front unless you *want* to run more camber, and for a street car that's pointless

2) Megan is a budget Taiwan-made suspension. I call them 'throw-away' because once the shocks are worn, the entire setup is useless.

At least with Tein you can get the shocks rebuilt and/or serviced in the USA.

megan racing parts are only really good for accords, because they are cheep and just about any part will help an accord. as for a DC5, you already have a great car, take the time spend the money and do it right, or the best you can.

bla bla bla...not picking on you but Megan's are always everyone's first suspension or they are coming from lowering springs on stock shocks, so anything will look good compared to either.

People who have a better suspension setup or use them for something other than hard parking will all say that Megans are what they are--a cheap/budget coilover if you can't afford anything else or you really don't care.

Quit being nice man, just tell the truth: If you are looking for performance, don't buy Megan Racing or any of the other dime a dozen cheap *** Taiwanese coilobers, they suck. You are better off using your money for a Koni/GC combo (have to hack stock struts) or a Bilstein/GC Combo (more $$, but you don't have to hack your stockers). Koni's are adjustable, but don't have as large a piston as Bilstein and are only revalveable by a select few companies. Bilsteins are not adjustable, but are easily revalved and can have a Schraeder valve added for adjustability. All in all both setups will VASTLY outperform and of the crap from Taiwan.
