I think I may have to make plans for that. Any other campers down with showing up early? I don't even know where the camping spots are at VIR.

 

Care if I join the caravan guys? I'm in Wilmington, but it would only take me 3 hours to get there... When are you guys planning on leaving?

When I was there last, we camped right in the paddock area. The ******* sand gets into everything.

 

When I leave depends on when people are showing up. I don't see me leaving Raleigh until noon-ish, unless we have big plans for the vintage race.

I haven't spoken with the MADSPEED crew yet, I'm going to try and get at least BJ and Miles to come though.

I'd much like to meet up with you in Raleigh, where can we meet up? That'll make the last hour to Greensboro a bit less lonely, haha.

Man, I've got to get new tires and an alingment this week, I've got some driving to do soon.

 

I'm just a few miles from the I-40/Hwy 42 interchange (Clayton). Or we can meet somewhere in Raleigh proper right on the interstate. I have directions that save about 30-45 minutes versus going to Greensboro and heading north, taking back roads once you hit the 40-85 merge west of Chapel Hole.

 

I'll just follow you then, because I have no clue where I'm going (Hence, eager to find a caravan). I know Wilmington and surrounding areas like the back of my hand... But get me a hour out of town, and I lose all sense of direction.

yes, don't go through greensboro, much quicker way north from ralieghwood

 

oh chit, sounds like some good NC action... I thought I was in the clear to at least go spectate, hard to tell... I'll check the schedule revisions made this week but i'd love to go see what I missed.

spectating E7 will be kind of like watching girls gone wild on DVD, rather than shelling out the money to just go on spring break yourself.
