Default T3, T4 and hybrid turbo questions

I was curious as to the designs and flows of these turbos. In the hybrid, would the turbine wheel be as efficient as a straight T3 turbine wheel, and likewise would the compressor end of the hybrid flow as good as a straight T4? I'm not interested in spool time or anything like that, I just want to know if the added size of the compressor end of the hybrid has any effects on how well the hybrid works compared to a straight T4. If there is a decrease in its ability to flow air, then is the decrease worth it, if in the end it still has the ability to flow more air then a straight turbo, looking both at the compressor end of business and the turbine end?
