Default 1" brake M/C in my 93 hatch.

i am getting everything i need to do my brake upgrade. i recently got a 1" brake M/C and booster off of a gsr. now i know one of the line has to be bent to make this work. i picked up a tube bender, and i'm really not good at this. i picked up some spare brake lines to practice, but i really want to know if anyone knows of any write ups, links, or photos on this (and yes i searched, no luck). the last thing i want is to have one of the lines kinked up.

also, i have a 93 dx, does it have the 4040 prop valve? if not, what civics can i get this off of?

The best suggestion I can give is getting a 15/16th MC from an 89 Si. It's almost equal performance with no modification needed.

Also, you can get a 4040 from a 94-01 Integra, or from a 99-00 Civic Si.

i know, but i couldn't resist the deal i got. it was for $15 at a pull your own part junk yard. it's practically new, off of a 01 gsr.

when you say integra, a non-abs one right? the abs ones use a different set up where the lines are ran different.

Its stupid, but my how-to is not in the FAQ thread
(which, I just discovered has been redone...and its still not there)

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=818263

(note: that was a jdm mc - you probably wont have to do as much work, just use it as an overview)
