Are OEM civic si headlights the same as Civic Ex headlights?

What model civic are we talking here? I assume you mean the 99-01 civic SI and the same year EX?

there both identical bro. 99-00 civic Si's and EX's have alot of identical parts. The Si just has more sporty features.

The Si is basically an EX coupe with a few added options and a few parts the EX gets optional as standard options instead.

Such as the front lip which is optional on the EX (and lower trims), is standard on the Si.

This post is exactly why I hate the stigma and hype that surrounds EM1's.

People tell someone they have a part that's from an "Si" ... and people jump on it like it's gold. 90% of the time, it's the same part that came on every other Civic, but people charge more because it's from an EM1.

Just plain stupid the way people try and milk money from people that don't know any better.

yes they are. with the exception of "real ctr" headlights (the only difference is cosmetic and not fitment), if they are all with in the same year ( in the op's case, 99-00) they are all the same, no matter the trim level.
