Default idle problem/overheating

hey my cars kinda messed up. i really dont know whats wrong with it.
last week my car started over heating. and running low on water but i cant figure out where it is leaking at. When it starts up it has white smoke come out of my exhaust so im wondering if that is where the water is leaking from. and i have a blown headgasket. also my car after driving on it for a bit will idle wildly. it will dip from 2 down to 1 and back up to 2 like it wants to die. sorry i just dont know what is wrong. i was wondering if maybe it was a blown headgasket/vacuum leak or my cold air intake was like clogged or maybe a fuel injector clog. thanks sorry im new.

That sounds like your head gasket, check your oil and if its grey or if theres coolant on the dip stick dont drive it any more because you will get water lock(engine seizes because of coolant leaking in the pistons or oil pan) but I can almost garuentee that its a blown head gasket.
