How do you put on front tow hooks onto an ek

im not 100% sure about EK but on a EG there are just 3 bolts in a triangular pattern on the front support the botl on to. good luck. what do you need them for??

If you actually want to "use" the front tow hooks... Here's what I did... By the way, I got the Datum1 tow hooks because they look nice (perhaps the next best thing to benens looks-wise) and they actually do the job (tough).

I have a 99-00 Civic. I:
Removed the front bumper,
Drilled two holes on the bottom of the core support for the tow hook bolts to bolt onto. On top, I drilled an oval shape that was big enough to stick in the bolts from the top and also big enough to fit an extended socket wrench so I could tighten at the top while holding the bolts on the bottom....

I hope this makes sense... i've seen some people just attach it to their bumper which wont do any good when you want to actually use it... But that's my $.02
