I have a 1995 honda prelude si, when ever i go over a whole or bump thats kind of large my front passenger wheel makes a "cling" sound does anyone know what it is?

I would start by looking at the front sway bar links. They notoriously go bad on Preludes. Its an "L" shaped link with a few bushings. bushings usually go bad and fall out causing metal on metal sounds, then eventually the link breaks.
