Hi, I bought a cylinder head with a valve cover recently...... It has a little bent, its not that big and since I was planning on painting it, I though I could cover the bent with bondo ???

will the bondo handle the heat ????

 

ive done it before, light skin coats, nothing extreme. i had no problems, but i am sure if its filling something of decent size it will crack for sure.
