GS-R Short shifter ?

GS-R Short shifter ?
So if i buy a Skunk 2 short throw shifter for my Eg, there is nothing i need to do/buy to bolt it right in??? Someone once told me i needed the whole linkage from the gsr, is there any truth to this.
