need help, integra wont start.
Im sure most of you are much more familiar with this cars electrical/fuel system then I am, so I figured maybe someone might recognize the problem Im having. I'll first provide some bg info.
1)its a 94' gsr
2)it hasnt been started in 5yr+
3)when it was in use, it worked great.
4) basic **** it needed was done, new battery, plugs(properly gapped with anti-seize, and dielectric), etc.
5)also cleared off as much rust as I could on all the grounds(the ones i could find).
6)the engine bay is ridiculously dirty. Some of the harnesses look spliced, that Ive never noticed until now.
7)I dont think its the main relay(i hear 3 full clicks)
8)I dont have a multimeter to test the ignition switch(at least not atm).
9)car has new 93 oct gas(5gal), and a bottle or so of octane booster in it.
10) put some oil in it so the piston rings or w/e can get relubed.
Here's a vid of the problem from start to finish.

make sure there is spark so check for that...make sure the pump is running and there is pressure at the rail...and then check the timing...start there and then troubleshoot more specifically...
the contacts(inside) the starter appear to be gone?.....guess I'll buy a new one, but Im sure that is the problem, if not one of them either way. Thanks again.
