Howdy!

I just recently purchases a restored salvaged 2007 Civic LX with 9400 miles. Everything seems to be ok, except that the low beam headlights do not work.

I've check all fuses and I'm getting good continuity and the bulbs show continuity as well. However, I'm not getting voltage across the low beam fuses. Is there a relay somewhere under the dash or anything? I'm kind of at a loss here any help would be appreciated as well as any wiring schematics anyone may have.
