17.5? Thats horrible...

15.1
http://www.edmunds.com/insidel...68842

14.7
http://www.autoweek.com/apps/p...19006

An average driver should be able to pull 15 or 16's without a problem...

lol i know its horrible. i was mocking him for asking.

i'd say 15-15.5 with stock tires at BEST. 14.7-15.0 on decent tires.

I was at NOPI nationals at Maryland Internation Raceway 2 weekends ago and there was a black SI coupe that ran a 17.79 and a 17.83 the two times I happened to see him run. I mean come on my grandma could run better times than that....

But yeah realistically you should get high 14s low 15s if you know how to drive.

The Si can easily get 14.5ish with a good driver.

Someone did a 14.09 with a stock FA5

That's bullshit. Their track wasn't callibrated correctly. I don't even have to read the link to know it's crap.

Maybe with a 50mph tailwind, and a downhill-sloping track. Or a mis-callibrated one.

I heard the record was 14.3 at MD intn raceway with a stock 06 2 door si. but that's hear say! greg50lt have you gotten any new goodies for you si? I am shopping for a heat shield intake gasket and throttle body spacer at the moment. I'll see what that does for me. hopefully a header if I can find a good one in the near future, then on with the re flash.

Again.......if the track isn't callibrated it won't show on the video. I WILL tell you this though. I trapped 96mph on the track with my mods just straight shifting since i'm not a fan of power-shifting. On top of that i've beaten about 5 or 6 stock Sis here in San Antonio....walking comfortably away from them including one at the track which I got in a grudge match against. He ran a 15 flat at 91 which is what I ran stock.

So it's either his track....or the car isn't stock because I guarantee you no matter how much you power-shift or whatever little tricks people play at the track.....there's no way a bone stock Si can beat one with an I/RH. NO WAY. Not without a significant driver error. Guarantee you if he came down to San Antonio Raceway he won't get anywhere near that time.

And the first person that can beat me in a bone stock Si will get the keys to my car.
