I want to do an lsvtec setup. plan is a mild setup with stock cams and ecu meaning i dont want to exceed the stock rev limiter wether i go p28 or p72 ecu. question is. which combo will make the most low and mid range tq

(1)a stock b16 intake manifold with its small plenum and long straight runners.

(2)or a gsr intake manifold with the secondary butterfly system?

obviously the answer will influence what head I get. again i dont plan on reving past 8200. just want as much tq under the curve as possible.
