lightened flywheel? or stock itr?

how much difference will an alum flywheel or jun/toda cromo make over the stock itr flywheel? Im looking for more low end power, lost alot of it with my jun 3 cams. thanks. What else can improve low end?

Why do you want lowend? I think your looking for lowend in the wrong car...
