B16 Headers

What is the difference between 4-1 And a 4-2-1 Header? And which puts out more Hp?

4-2-1 is for a low end power

4-1 is for a high end power

or so ive been told

we all know b16 have very little TQ like 113 i think.
b16 make all there power up top, so might as well get 4-1 for top end.
this is just my opnion, many ppl like to argue about such topics, so go figure
