if as soon as you put it a new fuse...it blows...you have a short somewhere!
did you always have this problem or is this a new problem that has just appeared???
sounds like you have a ground-out somewhere...did you have any work done recently...any new wiring ran for other accessories... etc.????

well it blew once before but this time its blowing fuses left and right...i recently well about 2 months ago put on my fogs myself but i read the manual and i knew what i was doing...about 4 months ago...best buy installed my alarm thats about it..where can i find my short???
You will find it by elimination, first thing we need is MM&Y of car.
The most common problem for blowing park light circuit fuse in Honda/Integra is a shorting OEM HU illumination lead, if an aftermarket HU has been installed.
If you have an aftermarket HU, pull it and make sure the illumination lead, [red/black] in the oem radio harness is not shorting to ground or the chassis of the HU.
The only way the fog lights would not work is if you have rewired the fog light switch power to the park light free pin on the fuse box, if the problems are related.
BTW, if you don't already have a multimeter, go and buy one, $20 will get you one that will do the job, [101 uses for car electrical troubleshooting].
