Where can i find a flange gasket for this ? i looked all over, even finally went and cut out my own gasket but now it leaks from the other side, which is getting pretty frustrating, is there Flange Gasket which will fit aftermarket headers but near oem specs ? i would put the oem on but there was some extension welding done to fit the headers and it will be pretty costy to go back to oem.

 

what flange gasket are you talking about, the header to exhaust pipe flange. if thats what you need advanced auto has them and some people refer to them as a half moon gasket

just do a yahoo search for advanced auto parts or go to the store if you got one, even auto zone should have one

 

If you are talking about those small metal donut gaskets that connect the 2 pieces of the header/exhaust manifold, then I also had trouble finding those. Hedman (look on Summit racing) makes a neat gasket piece that I now use.

If you are talking about the conical donut gasket connecting the downpipe to the rest of the exhaust, I had good luck with a Pep Boys gasket (which I believe is manufactured by ROL).
