Well my build thread is going to be different than others. so im gonna start off with my first car.

civic lx sedan


i bought it stock, then lowered it 2.5 inches, intake, and added jdm eg6 sidemarkers (not pictured)

soon after, some guy at the local gas station asked me if i wanted some free stuff for my civic. so i said yea and this is what he gave me

so then i added the parts, loved it, then bout 6 months later... this tragedy happened. thank god i came out without a scratch.. just sore in my neck for a day. that was it.



so then a couple months later i picked up the em2!!

2005 civic

it was a stock satin silver lx coupe.. nothing special i know. but then i added 20% tint all around, then added ctr ep3 sidemarkers which were the only pair in the antelope valley.

so about a month or so later, i bought h&r limited edition springs which were about a 1.5 inch drop. i honestly hardly noticed a difference, so i'd say it was a lil less than 1.5.

then soon after i bought nokya 7000k and nokya 2500k.. which had a great night appeal. and looked awesome on the road


then soon after, i added the intake from my 98 civic, which did in fact fit with little modification. just shortening the end of the tube by a couple inches (yes, i did get a better filter, this pic was just for the spur of the moment.

soon after i received a nhbp grill trim so i put that on


so my em2 stayed like that for about 10 months before i decided to get rid of it. but i took it to mount wilson for one last photoshoot.




and soon after... no more em2

2004 civic si
well lets just say this car was a piece to begin with lol first off, it didnt have the right motor in it, had a loud exhaust that i changed to a magnaflow, no ac, cc, and the cel was on all the time, and had to piggyback off of an obd2 reader... thank god i only had the car for a week lol


thank god i got rid of it!! and now im rolling something even better..

2008 civic si
yup i bought this beauty in fiji blue! which is hard to get.. had to wait 4 days for the car to come from michigan! but this is the only pic i have as of now

it was h&r limited edition springs + oem struts.
ride quality was very comfortable actually. very close to stock.

 

ive recommended those to people before funny though cause i dont plan on lowering my car, had it for three years never seemed like something i wanted to do.


Didn't have the right motor in it ? somebody do a dswap.?

 

yea the h&r have really nice ride quality, very similar to stock and the cornering was better than stock. it got even better with the dc cs2 strut bar and type-r sway bars.

hahah ya it had the wrong motor. no d swap. it was a k. but from an rsx lol

 

like a base rsx or a s-type?
