Why does My 93 civic ex AC blow hot air?

My Ac is blowing the hotest air in the world, and i dont know what is wrong with it. Can anyone come up with some problems?

the flapper to change from hot air to outside air is probably stuck on the hot side

eliminate the easy first, make sure the A/C is on not just the fan?
