Stored my car, now diffuculty braking + burning smell... HELP!
Hey guys, I stored my 94 accord for about a year and a half. Now when I brake it is very difficult, the pedal is almost all the way to the floor to get it to slow down. It's almost like there is no ABS.
This is all accompanied by a burning smell (almost like plastic) coming from the front right wheel. I am starting to think that the pads maybe rusted to the rotors? The e-brake was engaged for the duration of the storage, would this be an issue (does the e-brake clamp the front or rear rotors)?
When I touched the wheel it was WICKED hot, I splashed some water on it and it hissed, steamed, and evaporated instantly.
It takes a good tug on the e-brake handle to get it to engage. None of these things problems were present prior to storage. Is there anything I can do to break the e-brake free (if this is the case).
I'm freakin out, because I am about to sell it to my cousin and don't want him to crash!
Replies are greatly appreciated!

pump out all the fluid (flush) and add more and bleed the system. take some brake cleaner and clean off the brake assembly and possibly change the disc pads
1).sounds like u got a caliper sticking 2).The e-brake works the rear brakes 3).Splashing watter on a hot rottor is a good way to warp them
