I made the dickh3ead mistake of street racing and my friend side swiped me and sent me into a wall doing about 100 mph. For all you fools street racing, take it from me, it's not worth it. Keep it at the track.

I was in the process of "de-ricing" it (vinyl graphics partially visible). I loved this car. my first crx, just put my dohc zc in a couple of months back, and just finished perfecting the RSX front seats when this happend last year. I raised ALOT of hell on the dB Drag street A class in 2005. In fact, it was actually the second loudest certified car in that class in the USA. I had a TON of time wrapped up in it.

I was heading to my friends shop when it happened. I came off I-95, hit the brakes, and the pedal went straight to the floor and smoke poured from the front driver side. Once the car came to a stop, I popped the hood and everything on the driver side was on fire. I ran to a gas station and got their extinguishers and they called 911. It was too hot and went up VERY quick.

I dove in the car trying to get my stereo equipment out, but it was too hot and the stuff was too heavy. I lost ALL my competition gear except one sub. Over $6,000 in subs and amps gone.

I sat there and cried for a loooooong time.

Still hurts to look at, I've moved on to 2 more crx's and a nice eg hatch, but this car will always have a place in my heart. 3 rims survived and are now on my mom's crx.

broke every suspension spot weld under the car... driver was in a coma for two weeks
and sustained head injury.

crx's get fucked up when they're in an accident

 

Heres my accident, they didnt use the jaws of life my car actually split in half like that
