power to gauges
where do you get the power to youre aftermarket gauges from?
i know there was a post about this not to long ago where there was a picture of the fusebox under the dash. but i cant find it now.
there is now dim function on my gauges so that is no issue, just need +12 when the ignition is on

i think its 3rd connector for optional connectors under dash, the one on the right.. i'm not 100% sure so i'd have to double check. always use inline fuse for any gauge or aftermarket gadgets
Clock wiring is what i used as all 4 wires are there. 12v constant, 12v ignition, illumination and ground. I have 3 gauges and connected up all like wires from each of the gauges and crimped a thin spade connector onto them, then simply plugged each of them into the relevant socket on the clock wiring plug.
the cigaret lighter would work i guess. that is never in use anyway so no big loss.
hooked me up there today, so when the car starts in a few weeks i can see how ut works. there is no power ther when the car is of for sure
