help bumper cracks!. integra 98 front
a cheap way would be too cut off another piece of a bumper and heat up both the bumper and piece together using a flat head screw driver spread the bumper peice and the bumper together over the crack. cool it down grind it down and fill it.. works pretty good imo
kind of hard to explain and a little more complex than that but give it a shot

its mesh, but metal, after you heat the areas around the crack up, you melt plastic weld sticks into the bumper material mixin the materials together from the back side, then you put the metal mesh on and melt more plastic into it to give it strength. then you can sand and fill the outside, but thats if you have access to that, i supposed a heat gun and screwdriver would work too, but you still have to add plastic to it so it doesnt crack again, i dunno, the way your bumper is cracked you have have to paint nearly the whole thing anyways, so your proly better off with just a new one

The time and labor wasted fixing that bumper would not be worth it. Just buy a new or used one.
I have smaller cracks than that on my rear bumper and found a local guy selling a perfect condition used one for $50. Zero labor.
