Default help REMOVING ALT. in CRX b18a1

really really need help removing alt.. on a 91 crx with b18a1...


i have been trying for a couple hours... maybe someone has a little trick or a easy way to do this... the only way i see is remove the MC res. and go from there...


HELP HELP HELP i am only home on weekends from working and all i wanna do is drive this thing...

sorry dead thread....

REMOVING THE AXLE... but the question is do i need to replace anything if i remove the drivers side axle?

I removed the MC once...then had to buy a new MC.

Nope. Drop the axel, drop the alt., replace alt., reinstall axel. I had to do this on a friends CRX a few months ago. No problems with it since.

Driver side axle is by far the easiest way in my opinion. I got it down to 45 minutes from start to finish.

Be careful when removing the axle, only time anything can go wrong is if you pull the axle apart by accident.
