The filler I use/like is Evercoat http://www.eastwoodco.com/jump...age=3 I hear the Rage Xtreme is good.

An "ok" spray gun you can get for like $125-$250

A compressor is going to be expensive, not too sure on prices. I myself haven't even bought one yet. Best thing to do would be to search websites like Sears, Lowe's or Home Depot...or actually visit the store.

A quality compressor that will be able to hold enough cfm for auto painting is not going to be cheap.. You need around 14cfm for painting with hvlp guns and if you do some research you will see that the higher cfm the compressor holds the more expensive... i say AT LEAST $6-$800 for the compressor... Guns range from $75 cheap crap to almost $400 a gun... but Devibliss has great starter guns for a good price

No difference. I think bondo is a brand of filler (like Evercoat). The actual material is usually called "plastic filler."

bondo is no longer used. it was a different make up of what is now called filler, but in lehmans terms, is called bondo.

Evercoat FTMFW!! all thier stuff is good. make sure to to the final 'bondo' in evercoat glazecoat. best stuff on the market. doesnt pin hole much.

if you get a compresser be sure to get a air/water seperator. not sure on the exact name that might be it but, you will definatly want one. Paint+Water=Bad Paint
