not to say it hasnt been done. but i only know of one 5th gen accord with that swap.......i think there is a lack of info on that swap.......it actually might be a lot more difficult than it seems. and not to mention that an h swap is almost bolt in and almost half the cost.

I have a fifth gen accord and so do many of my friends , 3 of them have the kswaps. it will bolt right up , transmission on the opposite side. the wiring is a night mare from what I have heard,

you can boost the k24 with 20 psi with a t3t4 turbo and not have to worry about pistons, sleeves, ect.

The best motor built by honda in my opinion

yeah and the motor couldnt handle that much boost.....thats why it blew.......lol theres no way that thing would ever run 41.2 pounds of boost consistantly without having some sort of internals done. i'm sure if someone had a T66 hooked up to an f22 they could do that same thing, not to say that anyone could run 588hp but to say that anyone could boost the **** out of it and blow the motor and i'd imagine they'd probably put up numbers close to that.

and not to sound like an ***......but i want to see some pics of your so called friends rides with k swaps in their 5th gens.

So your still rocking the good ol F22 huh , Excellent motor , but expensive to build. The only manufacture on the rods where Carillo pro A for 800 bones. But your absolutely right that he should get the H22 swap . Its alot less headache and money in the long run.

Hang on Ill get you some pics !!

yeah i dont have any plans for my accord but jdm **** for the exterior.

i have a talon tsi awd that i've built.

this was the second run at 23 psi. I have it set to run 18psi and it puts down 382hp 291ft/lbs torque.

Ummm thats not a bolt in affair. It's nice to know we have that as an option, but I can only imagine the cost associated with this swap. Don't get me wrong, if I had the money I'd do it, but unfortunately money makes the world go round not my dreams.

yeah, it can be done, thats the HASport K swapped Accord. They aren't making mount kits for them yet iirc, and it's deffinately not a bolt-in swap.

The best motor built by honda in my opinion </TD></TR></TABLE>1. It does not bolt right in.
2. You cannot boost 20psi on k24 stock for very long, even with a good tune.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by accord380whp &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">So your still rocking the good ol F22 huh , Excellent motor , but expensive to build. Hang on Ill get you some pics !! </TD></TR></TABLE>3. Crower, eagle and all the rest of the major manufacturers all make custom rods that go for far less than 800.
4. Why not just buy H23 aftermarket rods like every other F22 builder? They are cheaper and do the job. <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by accord380whp &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">I cant get the pics right now but check out this

Not trying to flame you, but there has been very little useful information from any of your stunna posts in this thread.
