Default whats up with the lag

well see i've replaced all parts on my 97 accord dx runs nice revs at 900 perfect but while driving i give a smooth rev to mid way throotle pedal position and won't incresae speed does but retardly skow would intakr change that

NO.
Downshifting, making sure your throttle cable is connected correctly, and removing all the ebay crap from your car will probably help.
