Default help please, bluish/white smoke at high RPM...

I had a used engine installed in my civic, D16Y8, i know, don't laugh hehe. But i had a question to anyone that can help. i just had another engine put into my car because i pulled the wrist-pin on the last one... now i notice a little black smoke around 4k rpm, was told that was normal, but when i hit the 6k-7k range, i get a nice cloud of bluish/white smoke blast out the muffler, any suggestions?

i always forget which one it is, white=coolant and blue=oil? or is it the other way around? anyway, your motor is burning one of them, or maybe even both. could be a headgasket problem.
