crooked motor
i have a 94 civic coupe that i switched from auto to manual. When i did the conversion I swapped the motor with another D15B and went through a **** load of mounts before i realized the tranny (passenger side) bracket was higher (originally to accodmodate the automatic tranny). Long story short it drives fine but now that I am going to finally lower it and do a b16 swap i wasnt sure if the crooked motor would cause my axles to bind up. Has anyone else had this problem?

i would say so.. so you didnt drill out the old bracket and reweld it to where it needs to be?? didnt bother to buy the auto-manual mount?? mightest well just spend a little more time at it to get it 100% because i see problems in the future.. axle binding, exhaust mani not lined up, possible problems with shift linkage, and lots of others.. the motor is straight from the factory for a reason

i wouldn't recommend driving any motor sitting crooked under the hood. invest in getting the auto - manual tranny mount.
